How do students pay for a subscription through the Student Zone?
If you need to purchase a new student subscription on EP, you can complete this easily through the Student Zone! This article outlines how you can achieve this.
Before we start, please note that this method of payment can only be used for schools that have enabled this feature.
Note: If you are seeing this error message when attempting to enter an assignment, it indicates that payment is required before proceeding.
How to pay?
Click pay now in banner that appears at the top of the dashboard.
Review which subjects you'd like to pay for. If there are subjects that you don't want to pay for immediately, you can just untick them. Then, click PayPal.
From here you can input your PayPal details or select Checkout as Guest if you’d prefer to pay by debit or credit card.
Note: Currently, PayPal is the only supported payment method. If you’re unable to pay via PayPal, please contact your school directly for further assistance.
- Enter your email address (this is where your receipt will be sent) and click Continue to Payment.
If the email you enter is associated with an existing PayPal account, PayPal will require you to log in. Alternatively, try using a different email address and continue as a guest.
- You'll now be prompted to fill in your card details. Once you have ensured that your card details are correct, click Continue.
Your student's account will then be updated immediately after payment. They will no longer receive this payment prompt and will have access to the purchased subjects as normal.
