Introducing your new Student Experience!

What’s happening?

We’ve refreshed the student experience on EP, improving the way students interact with their learning on EP.

Students now have access to an all-new dashboard as well as other goodies, including new navigation and a new layout for assigned activities. It’s now easier to see what’s due, when.

All the features you know and love have remained, with some key updates.

What’s different about it?

We’ve updated the student dashboard, changing the layout and bringing assigned activities front and centre.

Assigned Tasks and Assessments now appear in the My Learning area.

We’ve changed how students navigate too. Use the sidebar to access different areas of the platform, and click into each of your classes to see assigned activities for that specific class.

We’ve redesigned our leaderboard, and included class leaderboards too.

We've also refreshed the way students access activities that haven't been assigned by a teacher. Use the Library tab to explore and complete activities.

We’ve got plenty more improvements on the way, so we’d love to know what you think! Soon a survey will be available for you to answer. Help us shape the future of EP by sharing your feedback.

FAQ

Why have my points changed?

Your points should have stayed the same as before, as we've made no changes to how points are earned.

Check that you haven't got a filter applied in the Leaderboard tab, as this may show a shorter timeframe (and therefore less points).

Where is my Learning Record?

This is still available in the Activity tab of your My Learning area.

Where are my Cheers/Stickers?

You can still send these when completing a lesson, but we've removed them from the leaderboard for now. We'll be bringing these back later on.

Why can’t I change my background?

We’ve removed this ability for now, but we’ll be bringing back the ability to customise theming later on - with more options!
